Spring is here and so are the spring shoe trends that will completely change your outfit! Every woman loves a good reason to go shopping and the turning of a new season is just as good of an excuse as anything else!  While the spring clothing trends are definitely an exciting topic, today I’m going to focus on the footwear because spring 2016 has some really fabulous shoe trends that can’t go without their own post!

I love a good deal – and I don’t know many people who don’t love a good deal.  When I lived in Virginia, there was a high-end consignment store right near my Mom’s house and a really nice one in Georgtown that I used to go to find designer clothes at discounted prices.  Since moving to Atlanta, I’ve heard that there are some great consignment stores, but I haven’t had time on the weekend to find them.  Luckily I was browsing online (because I try to do most of my shopping online) and found Thred UP, a large online consignment and thrift store. While the rest of the northeast is in a state of emergency due to the snow, we only had a small dusting in Atlanta, which has already melted.  My mother and sister sent me pictures from Virginia and the snow goes up all the way to the cars!  It’s insane!  We are lucky in Atlanta that we didn’t get the crazy storm.  However, it’s still cold here in Atlanta and we stayed in for most of the weekend.  On Sunday I took my fiancé to see the Book of Mormon which is playing at the historical Fox Theater in Midtown Atlanta.  The Fox Theatre was a former movie palace and is now a performing arts venue.    Read more
