On Saturday June 18, 2016 I got married at Pippin Hill, a winery in Charlottesville Virginia. My wedding day was the best day of my life. I married the love of my life and we had our fairy tale wedding thanks to our loving friends and family.
I’m headed to a girls weekend to Miami at the end of March! My best girlfriends and I live far apart from one another (from the east coast to the west coast) so we try to plan a girls trip once a year. Last May we celebrated my bachelorette/birthday party in Nashville. Then in June in Virginia, I saw everyone at my wedding. But that was about 8 months ago (time flies) so it’s about time we get together again! I also can’t believe I’ve been married for almost a year!
Spring is in the air! It’s been sunny and in the 70’s in Atlanta. I feel like we live in LA with zero humidity and perfect weather. One of my husband’s best friends and his wife were in town and were extremely lucky they got to experience the nice weather. Friday evening we grabbed dinner at our favorite pizza spot, Ribalta. Ribalta’s pizza is authentic Neapolitan cuisine. The restaurant is also conveniently walking distance from our condo.
As I’ve said before, my weekend basics are comfy jeans, a cotton t-shirt and some kind of jacket depending on the weather. I’m always on the lookout for versatile, comfy, athleisure type clothes that I can wear to workout or that I can wear to brunch with my girlfriends. I recently collaborated with a new athleisure brand, Hottotties.
