Love these classic Piper frames from Warby Parker! The Piper sunglasses have large frames and an understated cat-eye with a sloping brow line. I feel like Jackie Kennedy or Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s!” Aviators may be the universally flattering pair of sunglasses for all face shapes, but I also think cat-eye sunglasses look great on most face shapes as well. I’m wearing the Piper frames in the Woodland Tortoise color, but the frames also come in Jet Black. Since I have light eyes and a fair complexion, I rarely wear eyeglasses or sunglasses in all black. I typically gravitate towards frames in a tortoise color.
This is my last selection from Warby Parker’s 5 for 5 Home Try-On Program. In all, I think it is a wonderful program. I got to try on 3 pairs of eyeglasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses on my own time to see what I really liked! An actual Warby Parker store opened up in Buckhead, Atlanta, but I like being able to try things on home. That way you can try on with some of your other clothes and accessories to see if you love it. I used to be much more of an impulse purchaser in stores. But, after moving in with my fiancé for the first time when we moved down here to Atlanta, I’ve learned how valuable space is. We are living in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with 1 walk-in closet and 1 linen closet. So that has really forced me (and him) to downsize and focus on staple items that we’ll keep forever. Who knew living with a guy would really help me get my act together and give away a lot of clothes I never wore! 🙂 Hope everyone has a nice start to the work week!
