After you get back your custom fitted whitening trays, you can start whitening your teeth! In the kit you have professional teeth whitening gel and desensitizing gel. Since Smile Brilliant create molds to your actual teeth, you can control how much whitening paste you use. The instructions say you can keep the whitening gel on for 45 minutes to 3 hours based on sensitivity. I kept them on for about 30 to 45 minutes. Caters to Teeth Sensitivity

Smile Brilliant has desensitizing gel that helps with teeth sensitivity after using the whitening gel. Since my teeth always hurt after I use Crest White Strips I was expecting my teeth to hurt really bad after using Smile Brilliant’s whitening gel. However, their whitening gel did not bother my gums at all so I rarely used the desensitizing gel.
