Happy Veterans Day! Thank you to all who have served from the bottom of my heart! These Winston frames may be my favorite Warby Parker eyeglasses that I’ve tried on using Warby Parker’s 5 for 5 Home Try-On Program. The frames come in three colors: Old Fashioned Fade, which I’m currently wearing, Ginger Lemonade and Black. The Winston frame’s narrow fit and straight browline—with signature plaques and soft, square angles around the lenses— melds 1960’s cool with 21st century bold. If you haven’t been able to tell by now, my style is pretty preppy and very feminine. Sometimes, I’ll throw in a sexy outfit or two for date night with my love. 🙂 But during the work week, these Warby Parker Winston glasses would go perfect with business casual/professional outfits while staying on the conservative side. What are your thoughts?
It was a chilly fall day when we took these photos. I bundled up with my navy J Crew wool boatneck sweater, which is currently on sale for 25% off with code NEWNEW on J Crew.com. It’s heavy enough where I’ve stayed warm without having to layer too much over it. I’m tempted to buy another one in the neon orchid color since the sweater is on sale since you can’t go wrong with sweaters in the fall and winter. However, my fiancé may not be happy with me and my shopping addiction… Being petite, it’s always hard to find skinny jeans. I live in these Ann Taylor petite black skinny jeans during the work week and on the weekends. I bought them last season and have worn them pretty much all year, including summer with cute flowy tanks. Stella & Dot always has the cutest jewelry. I bought this necklace from my friend who is a Stella & Dot Stylist last Christmas. Last but not least, I always get questions on where I got my leopard loafers. I got them from Nine West during one of their Friends and Family events. Love love love them!
xx,
Lauren
P.S. Whosoever sweet Moped/Motorcycle that was parked in Parish: The Brasserie and Neighborhood Cafe, thanks for letting my photobomb in front of it. 🙂
