As I recapped in two of my prior posts (see post #1 and post #2), Fab’rik has become one of my favorite boutiques in Atlanta. The mission of the company is to provide high-style at an affordable price and to help others. So, another reason why I love Fab’rik is because it is a charitable organization.
Project 82 Kenya
Fab’rik’s Asher brand works closely with Project 82 Kenya, a rescue organization. In partnership Project 82 Kenya, proceeds from the Asher by Fab’rik collection will be donated to provide for ill and abandoned children in Kenya. Through Fab’rik’s partnership, store locations across the nation are able to “adopt” a child into their Fab’rik family. This is such an amazing cause and it makes it so simple for anyone to just buy the clothing! Every store is matched with a baby to love, pray and provide for until they find a forever family.
Specifically, the Asher Laurel tank in blue that I’m wearing will assist a child named Mwangi in Kenya. Mwangi was removed from his mentally unstable mother who is currently undergoing treatment. Unfortunately she has not been able to direct Project 82 Kenya to any other family members. So, they are praying she will recover soon so she can resume care of Mwangi with their oversight and assistance. When you purchase this Asher Laurel tank in blue, you can help provide Mwangi with basic needs, medical care and financial support!
Plus, the Laurel Tank in Blue is really pretty and is only $56. This lightweight top features a striped print and falls from skinny straps into a racerback with a fluttering, ruffled hem. The rest of the Asher collection is amazing right now too. Thanks for helping support this amazing cause!
